Data we collect

When you send the visit form:

• Full name, email, WhatsApp or phone number and country of residence.
• Your interest, the message you write and, if you asked about one, the lot number.
• Data about the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters, Google, Meta or TikTok click IDs) and the landing page.
• Technical data about the request: IP address, browser and date.

If you accept measurement cookies, browsing data is also collected through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. If you don't, those tools are not loaded.

What we use it for

• Answering your request and arranging a private visit to the project.
• Sending you the information, availability and payment terms you asked for.
• Supporting you through the reservation and purchase if you decide to go ahead.
• Measuring and improving our campaigns, only if you accepted measurement cookies.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, given when you tick the form checkbox or accept cookies, and to take pre-contractual steps at your request. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. It is shared only as needed with:

• PCC Promotora, the developer of Olonesa Reserva Village, when you decide to reserve or buy a lot.
• Service providers: Vercel (site hosting), Google (the spreadsheet and automations where requests are recorded, and Google Tag Manager), Meta and TikTok (campaign measurement, only with your consent).
• Authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers have servers outside Ecuador, mainly in the United States. In those cases we work with providers that offer adequate protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from your request while we have a business relationship with you and for up to two years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify and update, delete, object to, port or suspend the processing of your data, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

Write to [email protected] with your name and the right you want to exercise. We reply within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

The site uses technical local storage to remember your cookie choice and the campaign you came from during your visit. Google, Meta and TikTok measurement cookies are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.

Security and minors

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This site is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version and its date will always be published here.
